We are currently seeking Remote Customer Service Specialists with excellent problem-solving skills to join our Call Center. This is an amazing career opportunity with potential for advancement as we continue to grow. You will be empowered to assist customers with product questions, rescheduling deliveries, and resolving warranty issues; as well as providing support to our delivery drivers and sales associates.  

  • Utilize computer systems (AS400, Salesforce, responds to emails, generate manifests, missing technician reports, update spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Provides assistance with an emphasis on successful problem resolution (i.e. offering discounts, gift certificates or outside service)
  • Communicates with customers regarding particular issues, including following up with customers on How Do We Rate forms
  • Speaks to customers after completion of repair service to ensure total customer satisfaction; provides appropriate assistance with an emphasis on successful problem resolution when necessary
  • Completes assigned tasks in regards to reports and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Take escalated calls from Warranty Associates
  • Handles in home damage repairs and settlements
  • Approves and processes returns and exchanges
  • Approves additional time requests from repair technicians

We offer the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Our call center is open from 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Customer Service Representatives will be scheduled 40 hours/week, with overtime available based on business needs. The position will be completely remote after a 5-7-week Training in our Corporate Office located in Tamarac, FL. Bilingual (English/Spanish/Creole) preferred.

Job Requirements

    • 3+ years of previous experience as a level II Customer Care Representative or Associate’s degree
    • Ability to diffuse irate customers
    • PC proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, AS400 etc.)
